Since opening our doors in 1986, we have differentiated ourselves from other local contractors by successfully pricing and constructing all types of structural systems. Our versatility and knowledge in a variety of construction methods allows us to be flexible in our construction practices and further allows us to select the most economical approaches for projects. Loveless specializes in wood frame, light gauge metal frame, masonry load bearing, pre- engineered steel, structural steel, cast-in-place concrete, tilt wall, pre-cast and post-tensioned concrete or combinations thereof. Our services include design build, commercial, industrial and institutional construction as well large scale concrete.
With our own forces we are proficient in constructing large-scale concrete packages, thus securing a special niche in the construction industry. We have completed commercial, retail and industrial concrete work on countless projects. Loveless has done extensive work for Michelin North America, Milliken, S.C.E. & G., Diamond Pet Foods, Masterfoods and several others. Our resume includes over 500 projects for Michelin over the past 10 years as well as several distribution centers for clients such as Starbucks, Piggly Wiggly, and UPS. We can comfortably handle projects as large as 1 million sq ft and can quickly and efficiently place industrial floors with our Somero S240 Laser Screed and STS-130 Dry-shake topping spreader. We are capable all types of large industrial equipment foundations, foundation walls, load bearing tilt-wall panels, and multi-story cast-in-place construction as well as typical concrete flatwork. Additionally, we hold several ACI certifications as well as NRMCA certifications in pervious concrete.

I have had the pleasure to work with Loveless Commercial Contracting (LCC) on several different projects for several different owners. All of the projects were competitive bid, and after the bid analysis all had to be value engineered to come within the owner’s budget. LCC was extremely helpful and easy to work with during the value engineering and construction phases of each of these projects. I would gladly recommend LCC for any project within their expertise.
Loveless Contracting Inc. played a large role in a 22 Million Dollar Master Plan recently completed by the Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission. Loveless constructed over 3 million dollars of buildings, tennis courts and concrete flat work as a part of that plan. Loveless Contracting, utilizing quality materials and excellent workmanship, has built facilities in these parks that the community can take pride in for years to come.
I had the pleasure to work with Loveless Contracting on two recreation centers, one fire station and one Fire/EMS station in Fairfield County. I found Loveless Contracting to be professional in all aspects of these projects. Their project manager worked well with us to address and eliminate any issues before they arose. Loveless has done well on these projects for Fairfield County.
We were a bit nervous about starting our own business after hearing stories from other business owners about the construction process, but decided to work with Loveless Construction. We were very pleased with their work ethic and quality. We had no issues and love our new place. Loveless Construction was great to work with and I highly recommend them.
